Thank you for registering with the OKCL Olympiad Portal. Please read our refund and cancellation guidelines carefully.

1. Admission Fee Non-Refundability

Fees paid for OKCL Olympiad learner admissions are non-refundable once an admission batch is successfully processed and approved.

2. Duplicate or Excess Payments

In the case of duplicate transactions or multiple payments debited for the same admission batch, the excess amount will be refunded upon verification by OKCL Accounts team.

3. Failed & Technical Transactions

If payment is debited from your bank account/UPI but the admission confirmation fails due to technical reasons, the debited amount will be automatically credited back to your original payment method by Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment channel (Bank Account / UPI / Card / Net Banking) used during the transaction via Razorpay gateway.
